Linked IN Follow that
4th March 2012
The Linked In social network has just launched a new Linked In Follow function for company members to add to their Websites like you can for Twitter to encourage 'followers'. Until now there was no clear way to connect or associate your Website with your Linked In company profile, apart from posting Blogs I suppose.

There is a new Linked In Follow emblem to add and a short programme script to embed in behind it to activate things. When this is clicked from your company Website you are then invited to login to Linked In to view the company's Linked In profile, news and so on, which then counts you as a follower.

It is another useful development in the expanding business social media communications. I think it still remains unclear how important a role these features will play in the future success of a business but for now many companies are taking no chances. Time will tell.
